I can’t believe I was initially planning to travel around Chile and Argentina myself on a search for skiing. How could I ever have hoped to have the type of experience I’ve had with PowderQuest! I came on this trip with very simple goals, to ski hard and fast, steep and deep. In reality I have come away with much more; good friends, local knowledge, new backcountry skills, and maybe most importantly some new perspectives on life. You really did everything possible to make this the trip of a lifetime.

The women's ski camp is fantastic. This year was my fourth trip and the camp has now progressed to backcountry ski touring with Jess McMillan. While I have been skiing for a long time, I have never toured and was a bit nervous about joining the camp this year due to lack of experience in this area. Wasted energy on worrying, should have kept it for the uphill, Jess and Mo Rasiah were both excellent at teaching new skills and building confidence. Enjoyed it so much I am buying my own touring gear for next year. Great place to learn new tricks in a safe environment while meeting new and old friends.

What can I say about PowderQuest that will give my experiences justice. For starters, I signed up for a once in a lifetime Hokkaido trip in 2016 which immediately became a yearly tradition and expanded into their South America trips. They continue to deliver in every aspect of an epic ski trip. The guides are some of the best people I’ve met who always find the snow, provide an amazing atmosphere on and off the mountain, and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable experience.
